The London Independent Doula Association seeks to improve the experience of pregnancy and birth for women, babies, and their families. We strive to work together with other doulas as well as with doctors, hospital staff, and midwives to provide optimal care for birthing families in our communities. As well, we hope to address issues concerning the birth care professions and birth culture in general.

LIDA is currently accepting applications for new memberships. If you'd like more information, please contact us at info@londondoulas.ca.

LIDA will be hosting an open meeting on Monday, April 12, 2010
from 7:00 to 9:00pm at the north-end Chapters in London.
All doulas and aspiring doulas are welcome.
